Network Security Engineer

Summary:

We are seeking an IT Security Professional to join our Network Security team in Singapore. You will support security tools (firewalls, micro-segmentation, WAF, intrusion prevention/detection) and collaborate with local and global teams to enhance network security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and control IT Governance on Network Security processes.
• Design, implement, and document end-to-end security workflows.
• Manage firewall rules, troubleshooting, and security tool updates/upgrades.
• Implement Zero-Trust network solutions and micro-segmentation.
• Handle web-security vulnerabilities and security operations.
• Liaise with external vendors for technical support and projects.
• Analyze web-security policies and recommend mitigations.
• Maintain process guides, technical instructions, and documentation.
• Participate in Permanent Control framework and internal audits.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in IT Security, with expertise in FortiGate, Checkpoint, Illumio PCE, and WAF (F5 ASM, Broadcom AVI).
• Proficiency in firewall rule coding, Python/PowerBI scripting, and ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Ability to work in dynamic environments and off-business hours for incident resolution.
• Firewall/NAC/WAF certifications are a plus.
