about the job.You will lead the quality assurance efforts to ensure robotic systems are safe, reliable, and performance-driven before they reach public spaces.

• Formulate end-to-end testing strategies spanning virtual simulations, laboratory settings, and real-world field trials.

• Validate complex autonomous behaviors including navigation, spatial awareness, and interactive perception components.

• Build sophisticated automated test harnesses and integrated regression suites to streamline the software release cycle.

• Analyze system telemetry and logs to isolate root causes for multi-disciplinary hardware and software defects.

• Define rigorous success metrics and governance protocols for the deployment of advanced AI agents and planners.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 3 years in quality engineering for autonomous platforms, embedded electronics, or AI-driven products.

• Deep technical proficiency in autonomous failure modes, sensor integration, and motion control logic.

• Hands-on programming expertise in Python or C++ for developing robust automation tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with Linux-based environments and the ability to troubleshoot complex hardware-software integrations.

• Background in using robotics middleware or simulation engines to validate system performance in diverse scenarios.
