AI Engineer

About the role:

We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions that solve real-world business problems. This role is ideal for professionals who have hands-on experience in building production-grade machine learning and AI systems and enjoy working across data, engineering, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for business use cases such as prediction, classification, recommendation, NLP, or computer vision

• Build end-to-end ML pipelines including data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and deployment

• Work closely with product managers, data engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into AI solutions

• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and reliability

• Deploy models using cloud platforms and MLOps best practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)

• Conduct model validation, performance tracking, and continuous improvement

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, code reviews, and technical documentation

• Stay up to date with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML model development and deployment

• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory); experience with Java/Scala is a plus

• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and statistical modeling

• Experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

• Hands-on experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs)

• Strong knowledge of data handling using SQL, Pandas, NumPy

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

• Familiarity with containerization and deployment tools (Docker, Kubernetes)

• Experience with MLOps tools and practices is a strong plus

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
