IT Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated IT Business Analyst to support our product and delivery teams. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and customers to help gather requirements, document user stories, support Agile ceremonies, and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and understanding business requirements from internal stakeholders and customers
• Convert requirements into clear user stories with acceptance criteria
• Maintain requirement documentation in tools such as JIRA and Confluence
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
• Act as Scrum Master backup when required, supporting meeting facilitation and follow-ups
• Assist in preparing UAT test scenarios and test cases
• Ensure business requirements are met before release
• Work closely with developers and QA to clarify requirements during development
• Support communication between business users and technical teams\
• Help with customer onboarding and knowledge transfer activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:      

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Business or equivalent
• 1-3 years of experience
• Basic understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum concepts
• Ability to write clear requirements and user stories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar is a plus
