The Supervisor will oversee and coordinate daily operations, ensuring projects and tasks are executed efficiently and safely within designated timelines. Responsibilities include managing team performance, monitoring project progress, maintaining compliance with workplace regulations, and serving as the main point of communication between teams and management. The Supervisor will also identify areas for operational improvement and assist with employee training and development.
