Project Manager

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 1pm (Sat)

Location: Kranji

Salary: $5,000 – $6,500

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects related to timber supply, construction materials, or interior fit-out works
• Liaise with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables to ensure completion within schedule and budget
• Coordinate procurement and delivery of materials (e.g. timber, boards) to project sites
• Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and safety standards
• Prepare project reports, progress updates, and documentation for management and clients
• Identify and resolve project issues, delays, or discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control
• Conduct site visits when required to oversee project progress

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Interior Design, or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of project management experience in construction, interior fit-out, or building materials industry
• Good knowledge of project coordination, materials handling, and site operations
• Strong communication and coordination skills with clients and contractors
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Project)
• Willing to travel to project sites when required
