Product Manager

Our client, one of Asia-Pacific’s leading organizations is looking for:

Product Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive business outcomes by taking on a product from end (problem definition) to end (release and continuous improvement)
• Interview stakeholders and users to understand problem space and define problem statement
• Craft proposals to justify resource allocations and secure funding
• Define success measures and set up dashboards to monitor progress
• Identify hypotheses, develop product strategy, and devise initiatives to drive product outcomes
• Create product roadmap and work with team to ensure timely achievement of goals
• Work with designers, software engineers to develop, test and release product
• Measure outcomes and continuously iterate product to drive outcomes
• Engage with and support users to drive product adoption.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with GIS platforms: ArcGIS Server, PostGIS
• Owns the GIS data product roadmap, prioritizing ingestion and harmonization of geospatial data from multiple divisions, with clear governance and access models
• Translates user needs into requirements for data pipelines, metadata, quality controls, and map-based visualization features; aligns stakeholders across GIS, data, and UX teams
• Ability to ensure deliverables support planning, analytics, and decision-making.
