Engineering Manager

Engineering Manager leads and manages engineering activities to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations and projects. This role is responsible for technical oversight, team leadership, and coordination of design, optimization, and project execution.

Job Description

• Lead and develop the engineering team.

• Provide technical direction for design, optimization, and troubleshooting.

• Ensure engineering deliverables meet safety, quality, and regulatory standards.

• Support capital projects from design through commissioning.

• Drive continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
  

  Qualifications / Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Team player with strong analytical and communication skills

• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory to liaise effectively with various stakeholders.
