We are looking for a driven, tech-forward Solutions Engineer to join our Singapore headquarters and be a foundational part of this new era.

The Role

This is not a traditional, outdated sales role. We have transitioned away from standard SEO/SEM pipeline generation. Instead, you will leverage our newly integrated AI-driven smart tools to intelligently hunt for opportunities. This role is highly technical and deeply strategic; you will balance hunting for new B2Bprojects with farming our established network of System Integrators and distributors.

Your day-to-day will heavily feature technical system design, crafting precise tender specifications, and conducting high-level site walks. You will be directly responsible for positioning our latest hardware innovations, such as the C400 FLEX, and discussing enterprise-level software architecture, including Microsoft EntraID authentication, with key decision-makers. You will play a crucial role in driving our Singapore team toward an aggressive sales target.

What You Will Do

• Drive complex B2B sales cycles from initial technical discovery to final system design and closing.
• Utilize cutting-edge AI tools to intelligently hunt for new business and manage a healthy pipeline.
• Act as the technical authority for clients, drafting detailed tender specifications and conducting comprehensive site walks.
• Nurture and grow relationships with existing distributors and partners, ensuring they are fully supported technically and commercially.
• Collaborate with our software and hardware engineering teams to continuously align client feedback with our cloud and AI development roadmap.
