Job Description
We are partnering with a leading entertainment and consumer lifestyle organisation in Singapore to appoint a Senior Executive Leader. This is a confidential hire for a high-profile role, offering the opportunity to lead a well-established, multi-site business through its next phase of growth and transformation.
The organisation operates within the entertainment sector, with a strong brand presence and a focus on delivering engaging, customer-centric experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Set and drive the organisation’s strategic vision, growth agenda, and transformation initiatives
• Lead full P&L management, ensuring sustainable revenue growth and profitability
• Oversee end-to-end operations across multiple venues and business functions
• Identify and unlock new commercial opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
• Strengthen brand positioning and enhance customer engagement and experience
• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team
• Partner closely with the Board and key stakeholders on governance and long-term strategy
Requirements:
• Proven track record in a senior leadership role (e.g., Business Development, Managing Director, COO, Country Head, or equivalent)
• Experience within F&B preferred
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving growth and transformation
• Experience managing large-scale operations and cross-functional teams
• Strategic mindset with the ability to navigate evolving consumer trends and industry disruption
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including Board-level engagement and ability to communicate effectively in Mandarin/Cantonese to engage with Chinese stakeholders
