Department Overview:

Akribis IT department helps to support internal IT infrastructureand all local IT devices with the help of an external IT vendor.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Supervise Vendor: Work closely with external IT vendor, coordinating and supervising all IT related services and work done by external vendors.
Monitor and Maintain Systems: Continuously monitor system performance and reliability, responding to incidents and outages as they occur.
IT Automation: Develop and implement automation tools to streamline operational processes and reduce manual intervention.
Incident Management: Participate in on-call rotations, troubleshoot complex issues, and conduct post-mortem analyses to prevent future incidents.
Training: Conduct applications training for internal stakeholders.
Capacity Planning: Manage system capacity and performance, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet demand.
Collaboration: Work with software engineers to improve system reliability and performance, contributing to the development of new features and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

More than 1 year of work experience or a Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information System or equivalent
Experience in Microsoft 365 platform. Experience in Microsoft Power Platform is an added advantage
Good verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills
Service oriented and positive working attitude
Team player, proactive and willing to learn new technologies

Skillset(s) Requirement:

Must be familiar with Microsoft 365 cloud administration and with some experience in Windows Server Environment.

Additional Requirements:

One year of relevant experience supporting Windows endpoint PC and some experience in Windows Server environment.
