Finance Executive (AP) @Toh Guan

Review AP payments, and monthly SOA, Post AP transactions/journal entries as well as accruals, reclassifications, and bank transactions.
Reconcile and follow-up on monthly internal division transactions and settlements.
Troubleshoot GRN errors, review & approve AP documents /Payment voucher & report for SAP posting
Review quarterly GST reports for submission and provide MES renewal support.
Monitor monthly account closing and ensure expenses are completely recorded.
Analyze profit & loss report fluctuation, monitor balance sheet items & follow-up with PIC.
Review manual invoices for related entities to recover expenses under special arrangements.
Assist with treasury functions including cash flow analysis and renewal of BG.
Support AP-related issues, advice on accounting codes and internal/external audit.
Degree in Accountancy/Finance with 5 years AP and full set accounting experience.
Knowledege in GST and proficient in SAP accounting software
