Job Responsibilities

Manage full set of accounts, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and bank reconciliation
Handle month-end and year-end closing processes
Prepare financial statements and management reports (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Assist in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis
Support group consolidation processes, including preparation of consolidation schedules and intercompany eliminations
Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries
Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and regulatory requirements
Assist in improving financial processes and internal controls
Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4–7 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in an SME environment
Experience in consolidation of multiple entities is preferred
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
Meticulous, responsible, and able to work independently
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in English and Mandarin to liaise with clients and stakeholders
