We’re Hiring: Infra System Engineer

Join us in supporting enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure by ensuring stable, secure, and well‑managed systems and networks. If you have hands‑on experience with Windows infrastructure, virtualization, scripting, and enjoy working with both technical teams and vendors, this role offers a strong opportunity to grow in a structured operational environment.

• Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours
• Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering or IT equivalent

🧩 Key Responsibilities

Cloud & System Infrastructure Management

• Manage and support Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policies, and related Windows infrastructure services.
• Administer virtualization technologies such as Hyper‑V and Hyper‑V Failover Clusters.
• Manage enterprise backup solutions and storage systems to ensure data availability and recovery.

Platform, Tools & Security Support

• Support and maintain tools and platforms such as SharePoint, SCCM, SCVMM, SolarWinds SEM, and Symantec Endpoint Protection.
• Provide Level 1 to Level 2 support for server, system, and network‑related issues.

Network & Infrastructure Operations

• Support multi‑tier network environments including VLAN, LACP, and firewall configurations.
• Manage server room infrastructure including power supply, cooling systems, and physical setup.

Scripting & Automation

• Perform scripting tasks using PowerShell, VB Scripts, Java, or other relevant scripting languages to support automation and system administration.

Documentation & Vendor Coordination

• Document technical procedures, configurations, and maintain accurate infrastructure records.
• Work closely with vendors and contractors during deployments, troubleshooting, and maintenance activities.

✅ Who We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Computing, Electrical Engineering, or IT equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in system integration involving IT/cloud platforms, network, and infrastructure support.
• Hands‑on experience with Windows systems, virtualization, networking, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation is highly valued.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, or ITIL are a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external vendors.
