Regional Business Development Manager SEA / Medical Devices MNC

We are helping a branded medical devices MNC in recruiting for a strategic and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead the expansion of medical devices product portfolio across the SEA region. Responsibilities • Business Development & Growth: Identify and execute regional opportunities while managing a robust pipeline for the medical device portfolio. • Sales Enablement: Lead end-to-end sales support, providing local teams with value propositions, selling tools, and high-level customer presentations. • Market Execution: Define regional commercialization strategies and identify penetration tactics for both direct and distributor markets. • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with global, regional, and local teams to align product priorities and messaging. • Portfolio Excellence: Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to address regional gaps and harmonize execution across markets.
