Cloud Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to lead and support infrastructure projects across cloud and on-premise environments. The ideal candidate is technically strong in systems and network infrastructure, with hands-on experience in virtualisation, and capable of managing projects while ensuring operational stability. You are a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work independently while contributing as part of a collaborative team. Job Title: Senior Cloud Infrastructure Engineer Key Responsibilities: • Plan, execute, monitor, and control technical aspects of assigned projects • Manage or participate in system and network infrastructure setup or upgrade projects • Support operational systems in accordance with contractual Service Level Agreements (SLA) • Perform and manage routine preventive maintenance and operational activities efficiently • Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports • Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Qualifications & Skills: • Knowledge of Windows Server and Linux OS in virtual environments is an advantage • Hands-on experience with virtualization and hypervisors (e.g., Nutanix) is a plus • Knowledge of VPNs and firewall appliances is preferred • Familiarity with network switches and routers is advantageous • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Proactive, dynamic, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment • Good interpersonal and stakeholder management skills Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
