Job Responsibilities
1. Intelligent Ops System Construction
- Lead full lifecycle management of hybrid cloud (public/private cloud) infrastructure including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization platforms
- Design AIOps-based intelligent monitoring systems to achieve automated 5G-level alarm triggering and root cause analysis
2. Automated Ops Development
- Develop automated operation platforms integrating CMDB, job scheduling, and configuration management to cover CI/CD pipelines
- Build low-code ops toolchains and develop automated script libraries (Python/Ansible) to improve operational efficiency by ≥40%
3. Cloud-Native Technology Operations
- Drive architectural optimization and SRE practices for container cloud platforms (Kubernetes/Service Mesh)
- Design automated disaster recovery solutions for multi-cloud environments to ensure ≥99.99% system availability
4. Ops Digital Transformation
- Promote ITIL-to-DevOps transformation and establish quantifiable ops metrics (MTTR/MTBF)
- Develop big data analytics platforms for operations to enable capacity prediction and fault self-healing capabilities
5. Security Compliance Governance
- Establish automated security baselines compliant with Classified Protection 2.0 requirements
- Design chaos engineering drill systems achieving 100% annual fault simulation coverage
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above.
2. Proficient in Ansible/Terraform automation framework development and Ops platform architecture design capabilities. Led ≥3 cloud-native migration projects; familiar with Istio/Knative and other cloud-native tech stacks.
3. Hold CKA/OpenStack certification/PMP (at least two required).
4. Capability Requirements: - Ability to build Ops tech middleware and drive visualization of Ops value (cost optimization/efficiency improvement). - Technical research capability with leadership experience in cutting-edge practices (e.g., AIOps/FinOps). - Excellent architecture trade-off skills to achieve optimal balance between SLA requirements and resource costs.
