System Engineer – Lighting Controls & Building Automation

Intellihub Pte Ltd is a trusted provider of lighting controls, building automation, and smart building solutions for the hospitality, commercial, and built environment sectors.

We are looking for System Engineer to support the delivery of lighting controls and building automation projects in the hospitality and commercial sectors. This role combines project management, system programming and technical coordination, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both engineering execution and site-based project delivery.

The successful candidate must be a strong team player, able to work effectively with colleagues, clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, professionally, and on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from design to handover
• Program, test, commission, and troubleshoot lighting control & smart building solutions
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical requirements
• Prepare project schedules, reports, and handover documentation
• Support site implementation and end-user training

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Building Services, or related field
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and coordination skills
• A strong team player with the ability to work well with colleagues and stakeholders
• Have Knowledge of lighting controls, building automation, KNX, DALI, Lutron, or similar systems
• Preferably with experience in hospitality and commercial projects
