Job Description
PRIMARY FUNCTION To manage and execute the Brand’s Go-to-Market Plans and drive collaboration with Retailers on campaigns, trade animations and communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
BRAND MARKETING CALENDAR
• Work closely with the General Manager to plan and maintain the Brand’s launch and promotional calendar that is aligned with Brand’s Business needs.
• Work closely with the General Manager to deploy the Go-To-Market Toolkit.
• Ensure all regional and global updates are properly downloaded, filed, and disseminated to the relevant teams.
CONSUMER ENGAGEMENT
1. RETAIL EVENTS
• Assist the General Manager on planning, coordination, and execution of retail events for all stores.
• Manage roll-out of events, including liaising with vendors within allocated budget, managing the event set-up and flow and briefing the store teams.
• Prepare all promotional tools, communications materials and briefs to the sales team.
• Support the General Manager in follow-up with Retailers on partnerships of Retailer Store Events, Retailer Communication, or in all other third-party marketing partnerships.
• Track all promotional campaigns to understand insights and ROI with post-mortem analysis.
2. PR
• Ensure all latest news is communicated timely to our selected media and influencers according to our marketing calendar.
• Prepare and disseminate press releases and products to media and influencers.
• Assist the General Manager to brief, manage, and co-run all PR events together.
• Verify ROI accuracy in monthly PR reports and submit them on time to the Regional team.
3. CRM
• Prepare and update CRM calendars to ensure consistency with Brand’s marketing strategic direction.
• Manage various CRM communication, initiatives, and campaigns which include sampling, SMS, direct mailer, and EDMs.
• Execute the customer loyalty program.
• Extract monthly CRM data statistics for analysis and review.
4. DIGITAL / SOCIAL
• Prepare artwork creatives / briefs as required for local social media uploads.
• Manage the online digital calendar and work closely with the regional team to ensure website changes are on time.
• Support all the monthly campaign mechanics / social assets / visuals for our e-commerce platform.
• Schedule the monthly media buys on digital platforms.
5. MONTHLY REPORTS
• Monthly PR tracking report
• Monthly CRM reports
• Quarterly e-commerce sales reports
• New launch reports
Requirements:
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management or Business Administration with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Marketing experience in retail is required (Skincare or Beauty experience is a plus).
• Keen interest in the luxury beauty industry with a passion for Brand advocacy.
• Excellent written, spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Results-driven, objective-oriented, and able to work well independently.
• Meticulous and organized with an eye for detail.
