Enterprise Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT architecture, strategic planning, and solution design. As an Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for proposing and implementing enterprise-wide solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, and driving technological innovation. This role specifically focuses on creating enterprise-level solutions for BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) customers, leveraging various technologies and solutions available in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring it aligns with the company's business goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with BFSI stakeholders to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective IT solutions.
• Design and oversee the implementation of complex IT systems and infrastructure tailored to BFSI needs.
• Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the company's IT capabilities, with a focus on BFSI solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of IT systems.
• Conduct regular assessments of the IT landscape to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
• Develop and maintain documentation for enterprise architecture, including diagrams, models, and standards.
  Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field(Master's degree preferred).
• Preferably 12-15 years of experience in the BFSI industry.
• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect / Solution Architect / Presales or in a similar role within an IT solutions company.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman).
• Proficiency in designing and implementing IT systems and infrastructure.
• Excellent understanding of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data management.
• Experience in creating solutions for BFSI customers.
• Strong technical skills and a wide understanding of various IT infrastructure technologies.
• Experience with ITIL and infrastructure background.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in relevant technologies or frameworks is a plus.
