Mandatory Skills

- Possess a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in database performance tuning, particularly MSSQL.
- Expertise in database performance tuning on table and index structure.
- Expertise in performance tuning on complex database queries and stored procedures, involving complex logic and joins of more than 5 tables.
- Expertise in regression testing changes made to database objects and queries.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
