Job Summary

Lead the Site Reliability Engineering function to ensure robust deployment, monitoring, and optimization of business systems. Drive operational excellence through architecture design, security management, and team skill development to support business continuity and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the management and troubleshooting of servers, networks, and applications to maintain high system reliability and performance.
• Deploy and monitor business systems daily to ensure continuous operation and rapid emergency response.
• Design and optimize operation and maintenance architecture to enhance platform security and system performance.
• Develop and elevate the skills of the operation and maintenance team to maintain professional standards and operational excellence.
• Establish and refine standardized operation processes for the DevOps team, applying effective management and security strategies to ensure quality and compliance.
• Implement automation deployment and configure popular monitoring systems to improve operational efficiency.
• Manage version control systems (SVN/Git) and configure CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and delivery.
• Configure and maintain Nginx servers and load balancers (SLB) to optimize traffic management and system availability.
• Administer Linux systems with a focus on security and support large-scale websites or web application platforms.
• Apply network knowledge including firewall, VPN, DHCP, DNS, and high availability/load balancing technologies to secure and stabilize network infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve system faults promptly, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills under work pressure.
• Conduct penetration testing and ensure safe operation and maintenance practices within cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Utilize tools and environments including Hyper-Cloud, Cloudform/AWX, ELK, Zabbix, Jenkins/VSTS, and GitLab to support operational workflows and continuous improvement.

Required competencies and certifications

• Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in site reliability engineering, system administration, or related IT fields.

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Familiarity with Node.js runtime environment to support application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Experience with high availability and load balancing technologies to enhance system resilience.
• Prior experience in operation and maintenance of large websites or web application platforms.
