Senior Product Manager

ERA Realty Network is looking for a Senior Product Manager to craft the best mobile and desktop experience for our users. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the development and execution of our product roadmap. Responsibilities - Lead the development and execution of the product roadmap to deliver meaningful customer and business outcomes. - Define and communicate product vision, goals, and requirements to cross-functional teams. - Drive product decisions through market research, competitive analysis, and continuous customer and stakeholder feedback. - Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and business teams to deliver high-quality products on time - Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer impact and business value. - Plan, execute, and manage product delivery using agile methodologies, including maintaining clear documentation, specifications, and user stories. - Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines with agile methodologies - Engage and cooperate with end users to cultivate relationships and expedite the flow of feedback. Requirements - Bachelor degree or equivalent experience with over 8 years experience in product management - Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. - Proven track record of successful product launches and improvements. - Proficiency in data analysis and using analytics tools for decision-making. - Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycle. - Strategic thinking and the ability to align product roadmap with overall company goals. - Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Customer-focused mindset with the ability to gather and translate customer feedback into actionable insights. - Knowledge of relevant software and tools for product management.
