DevOps Engineer (WFH)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage server deployment, configuration, maintenance, performance tuning, and incident response.

• Responsible for service deployment, version upgrades, monitoring, and operational stability.

• Collaborate closely with development and operations teams to support testing, troubleshooting, and bug resolution.

• Design, build, and maintain automation tools and scripts to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

• Research, evaluate, and implement new DevOps and infrastructure technologies.

• Set up, manage, and maintain Kubernetes clusters, ensuring high availability and scalability.

• Support deployment strategies such as gray / canary releases (preferred).

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps / system operations or related roles.

• Strong Linux system administration skills.

• Solid experience managing and maintaining distributed systems and clusters, including:
  Elasticsearch, Nginx, RocketMQ, Redis, Nacos, MongoDB

• Proficient with DevOps and CI/CD tools such as SVN, Git, Jenkins, JIRA, Harbor, Nexus.

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

• Good understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

• Able to write automation scripts using Python, Shell, or Ansible.

• Familiar with monitoring and alerting tools such as Zabbix and Prometheus.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure; multi-cloud exposure is an advantage.

• Familiarity with ELK stack setup and maintenance.

• Security hardening and security implementation experience is a plus.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
