As an Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration, logistics, and operations of the programme. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about student engagement, project coordination, and international collaboration. [What you will be working on] • Coordinate flight arrangements with ticketing agents and liaise with insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage for students. • Provide resource support for facilitators, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes. • Maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders through effective communication, documentation, and relationship-building. • Liaise with students, parents, and staff on trip-related matters, ensuring clear and timely communication. • Update and maintain programme web portals with accurate information. • Develop and manage programme guides for staff, students, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency. [What we are looking for] • At least a tertiary education (in any discipline) • Strong organisational and project management abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management software • Ability to multitask and work under pressure • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse environments • Fresh graduates or candidates with no relevant work experience may apply.
