Assistant Finance Manager [Construction Industry]

Our client is expanding its finance team and is hiring an Assistant Finance Manager to support financial control across ongoing construction projects.

This is a newly created role, ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in construction finance, project costing, and cost control, who are looking to step into a more strategic position.

Job Scope:

• Oversee full set of accounts and month-end closing
• Prepare financial statements and management reports
• Monitor project budgets, costing, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Liaise with auditors and external stakeholders
• Support forecasting and financial planning
• Guide junior finance staff

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting or finance
• Prior experience in construction or project-based industry is a plus
• Experience in project costing / cost control / WIP accounting
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

📍 Location: North

🕒 Work Hours: 5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9am-6pm)

💰 Salary: Up to $6,000
