QA Tester | Digital Banking | 6-Month Contract

Job Scope • Develop robust test scenarios covering positive, negative, edge, error, and end-to-end cases. • Create detailed test plans and strategies for both front-end and back-end systems, including timelines and expected outcomes. • Execute manual and automated test cases to validate system functionality. • Plan and request test data, devices, and environments required for testing. • Identify, document, and escalate issues/defects promptly, working closely with business users, technology teams, and developers to resolve them before launch. • Track and report testing progress, including test case execution, defect closure, and overall quality metrics. • Ensure compliance with established testing processes, systems, and procedures. • Adhere to organizational quality standards and best practices. Job Requirements • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. • With at least 1 year of experience in digital banking testing of mobile/internet banking. • Excellent understanding of software testing methodologies and processes. • Hands-on experience with manual and automation testing tools. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams under tight timelines.
