Responsibilities: 

Strategic Leadership & Business Partnering

• Lead regional finance strategy and operations in alignment with corporate objectives.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on financial, operational, and investment decisions.
• Partner with HQ and business leaders to support growth, transformation, restructuring, and expansion initiatives.

Financial Planning, Performance & Governance

• Oversee regional budgeting, forecasting, long‑term planning, and financial modelling.
• Drive performance analysis and recommend actions to improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and strong internal controls in accordance with IFRS/GAAP and corporate standards.
• Present financial results, risks, and opportunities to executive management and HQ.

Risk, Compliance & Treasury

• Lead enterprise risk management across financial, operational, and regulatory areas.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, and internal policy requirements.
• Oversee audits, regulatory reporting, cash flow, liquidity planning, and funding strategies.
• Manage FX, interest rate, and capital structure risks; support M&A and financing activities.

Finance Operations, Tax & Transformation

• Oversee end‑to‑end finance operations, including consolidation and transactional processes.
• Drive process optimization, digital transformation, ERP enhancements, and SSC initiatives.
• Lead tax planning, compliance, transfer pricing, and cross‑border tax matters.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including auditors and tax authorities.

Leadership & Talent Development

• Build, lead, and develop a high‑performing regional finance organization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen talent pipeline and succession planning.

Others

• Lead special projects and HQ‑driven initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with corporate governance and global policies.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional qualification (ACCA, CA, or CPA).
• Minimum of 10 years’ experience in corporate finance, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership capacity.
• Proven track record in multinational and regional leadership roles.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, financial transformation, and business partnering.
• Strong expertise in financial systems, including SAP or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Advanced financial modelling, data analytics, and management reporting capabilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regional tax regulations.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure with a structured and disciplined approach.
• Willingness to travel regularly as this is a regional role.
