UI/UX Designer

Degree or Diploma in any relevant field (e.g., Design, Multimedia, Computer Science, Communications, Psychology) or equivalent experience. • 3–6 years of UI/UX design experience for web or enterprise applications. • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other industry‑standard design tools. • Strong understanding of user‑centred design, usability heuristics, and accessibility principles. • Ability to engage directly with end‑users to gather requirements, conduct usability testing, and validate design assumptions. • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end concepts (advantageous but not mandatory). • Excellent spoken and written English, able to articulate design decisions clearly to developers and stakeholders. • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem‑solving skills. • Proactive attitude with strong ownership of design quality and user experience outcomes.
