Responsibilities:

• Strong hands-on experience in Switching & Routing (Cisco / Aruba).
• Solid expertise in Wireless Networking (Cisco / Aruba / Ruckus).
• Experience with SD-WAN, VPN, and secure connectivity (IPsec, SSL VPN, SASE).
• Proven capability in Firewall deployment, configuration, and maintenance.
• Ability to analyze customer network and security requirements and translate them into solutions.
• Design and deliver end-to-end network and security architectures.
• Up-to-date knowledge of infrastructure security technologies, threats, and mitigations.
• Experience with cloud networking and security on AWS / Azure, including hybrid and remote access setups.
• Strong project ownership with the ability to manage delivery timelines and updates.
• Exposure to enterprise networking solutions such as Load Balancers, Proxies, WAN Optimization, NAC, and Monitoring tools.
• Bonus: Experience with Voice / Video Conferencing networks.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science or IT, or with at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in IT Network & Security industry, and mainly involved in Post-sales activities of medium to large/complex Infrastructure.
• CCNA and CCNP certification or equivalent is required.
• Palo-Alto, Fortigate, SOPHOS certification would be preferred.
• Familiar and conversant in Routing, Switching, Wireless, MPLS, DHCP, DNS, NAC, Proxy, Syslog, Firewall, SSL VPN, Network Management and Structured Cabling.
