Temenos T24 Business Analyst

Business Analysis & Requirements:

• Work with business users to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements related to Temenos T24
• Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Functional Design Specifications (FSD).
• Perform gap analysis between business needs and standard T24 functionality.
• Support product areas such as Accounts, Deposits, Loans, Payments, Trade Finance, Treasury, or Islamic Banking (based on project).

T24 / Temenos Transact Activities:

• Provide functional expertise on T24 modules and data structures.
• Support configuration and parameter setup in T24 in coordination with technical teams.
• Assist in interface and integration analysis with systems such as payments, cards, channels, CRM, AML, and reporting.
• Support T24 upgrades, migrations, and regulatory changes.

Testing & Delivery:

• Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and UAT scripts based on business flows.
• Support SIT, UAT, and production readiness, including defect analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with developers, QA teams, and vendors to ensure timely delivery.

Stakeholder Management:

• Act as a bridge between business, IT, and external vendors.
• Conduct workshops, walkthroughs, and requirement validation sessions.
• Provide regular status updates and documentation to project stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Temenos Transact.
• Strong understanding of core banking processes and data flows.
• Experience in writing BRD, FRD, FSD, and UAT documents.
• Exposure to Agile and/or Waterfall delivery models.

Preferred / Good to Have:

• Experience with payments (SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO 20022).
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting and compliance requirements.
• Exposure to system integrations and APIs.
• Prior experience working with Temenos partners or core banking transformation programs.
