Maintenance Technician

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing equipment maintenance, troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and handling routine maintenance and repairs. Additional responsibilities include ensuring the smooth operation of all mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems within the hotel premises, addressing maintenance requests promptly, and collaborating with the team to uphold safety and operational standards. Qualifications • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance • Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to technical systems • Expertise in Maintenance & Repair and Industrial Maintenance • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures • Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems • Effective communication and teamwork skills • Relevant certifications or technical training in maintenance or engineering is advantageous • Prior experience in facility or hotel maintenance is a plus • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays
