BUSINESS ANALYST

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong banking domain experience to work closely with business and IT teams. The candidate should be able to understand banking requirements and translate them into clear functional documents.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Prepare BRD / FRD / user stories Work with developers and testers to clarify requirements
Support UAT and business users Ensure solutions meet banking business needs

Mandatory Skills:

5–8 years of Business Analyst experience in Banking
Good understanding of banking products and processes (CASA, Loans, Payments, etc.)
Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
