Business Analyst(Non Tech) - till end of 2026 - SGD9k

Morgan McKinley is hiring for a Business Analyst for a 12-month contract assignment with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

Responsibilities: 

• Facilitate workshops and working group discussions with teams across regions, as well as internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze business and system requirements, identify gaps, and propose solutions aligned with organizational objectives.
• Develop and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Support project managers in managing workstreams, ensuring adherence to enterprise standards and governance frameworks; collaborate with technology teams to validate requirements and ensure successful implementation.
• Assist in preparing project dashboards, reports, and documentation for governance routines; identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, risk, and control requirements throughout the project lifecycle; promote innovation by introducing new ideas, tools, and methodologies to enhance business analysis practices.

Requirements:

• University degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline
• At least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role within Financial Services or Operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail; excellent command of written and spoken English, capable of clear communication across all organizational levels.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) and familiarity with business analysis tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual environment; strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., Copilot) for reporting or automation.
• Knowledge of structured business analysis methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean), familiarity with Agile frameworks, and exposure to AI-driven process automation tools.
