Head of Portfolio Management - Wealth Management

Longbridge is a leading, next-generation internet brokerage and fintech company established in Singapore in 2019. We provide a one-stop, multi-asset global investment platform that offers access to SG, HK, and US markets, known for innovative features like lifetime zero-commission trading on select products. We are seeking a seasoned Portfolio Manager with 10+ years of portfolio management experience, strong expertise in portfolio construction, and hands-on exposure to robo-advisory or digital investment platforms. The role focuses on building and managing scalable, multi-asset portfolios aligned with client risk profiles and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities • Design and manage multi-asset portfolios and model portfolios across discretionary, advisory, and robo-advisory mandates. • Apply quantitative and data-driven methods to asset allocation, optimisation, rebalancing, and risk management. • Lead or contribute to robo-advisory investment strategy design, including risk profiling, portfolio logic, and automation rules. • Monitor portfolio performance and risk, ensuring consistency with investment objectives and guidelines. • Support investment governance, reporting, and investment committee processes. Requirements • 10+ years of portfolio management experience in asset management, wealth management, or digital platforms. • Proven experience in quantitative or systematic portfolio construction. • Direct exposure to robo-advisory or automated investment solutions. • Strong understanding of asset allocation, portfolio theory, and risk management. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; CFA or equivalent preferred. • Proficiency in Chinese & English is desired to interact with clients, partners and internal stakeholders across geographies.
