Business Analyst- ServiceNow

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical ServiceNow Platform Project & Process Analyst to analyze, design, and optimize business and project management processes on the ServiceNow platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document project and process requirements.

• Translate business requirements into functional ServiceNow platform solutions.

• Analyze existing processes, perform gap analysis, and recommend process improvements.

• Design and configure ServiceNow workflows, forms, flows, and configurations to streamline project and process execution.
  

  Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience as a Project Analyst / Process Analyst / ServiceNow Functional Analyst.

  • Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform configuration.

  • Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
