As a key member of the operations team, you will act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, ensuring operational rigor and financial accuracy throughout the commercial lifecycle. Your core responsibilities will focus on managing the end-to-end order-to-cash process, which includes reviewing complex commercial agreements to ensure alignment with organizational pricing and policy standards. You will oversee the billing cycle to guarantee accurate invoicing and milestone management while partnering with teams to facilitate collections and optimize cash flow. Additionally, the role involves administering sales incentive programs, verifying commission data, and resolving discrepancies to ensure timely and accurate payouts. You will also be responsible for maintaining data hygiene within customer relationship management systems and analyzing revenue trends to provide actionable insights that drive process improvements and automation.

skills and experience required.
To succeed in this role, you should possess relevant years of experience in full sets of accounts with some experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a deal desk function. A strong understanding of revenue recognition principles, billing cycles, and commercial data analysis is essential. Business proficiency in Mandarin is required for this position to effectively liaise with regional stakeholders in North Asian markets and to review commercial contracts and documents drafted in the Chinese language. The ideal candidate is a problem solver with excellent communication skills who can work independently to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve operational bottlenecks.
