FINANCE MANAGER

We are a fast-growing, multi-brand F&B group seeking an exceptionally strong Finance Manager to lead our financial operations with accuracy, discipline, and full transparency.

You must be a detail-driven, systems-focused, firm and steady professional who can implement structure, protect the CEO from unnecessary noise, and maintain impeccable financial integrity across multiple business units.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full spectrum finance: AR, AP, GL, bank cashflow, month-end closing
• Implement SOPs, controls, checklists and financial discipline
• Manage audits, GST, IRAS filings, compliance requirements
• Ensure accurate invoices, receipts, vendor statements, zero backlog
• Manage issues promptly with vendors, accountants, internal teams
• Prepare clear, concise CEO-level reports.
• Assist CEO with financial insights for strategic decisions

Preferred Experience

• Minimum 10 Years Experience in similiar position & have lead a team
• Experienced in handling Audits/Auditors
• Strict compliance with Singapore’s Tax & Audit laws, GST filings, and Financial Regulations
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
• A team player with leadership and communication skills
