Business Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams to understand business processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate requirements into clear, actionable specifications.

This role requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points
• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and data analysis
• Translate business requirements into functional and non-functional specifications
• Support solution design by ensuring requirements align with business outcomes, scalability, and best practices
• Create and maintain documentation such as BRDs, user stories, process flows (AS-IS / TO-BE), and wireframes
• Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding
• Assist in defining test scenarios and support UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs
• Support change management by helping stakeholders adapt to new systems or processes
• Identify risks, dependencies, and assumptions, and proactively escalate issues when needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (business, IT, vendors)
• Familiarity with requirement-gathering techniques and documentation standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
