Job Description

Role purpose and mission:

  • Support the Environmental care BU with actionable data insights to accelerate revenue growth, product performance, marketing effectiveness, Business case understanding.
  • Act as analytical backbone of the BU, enabling commercial leaders to make faster and better business decisions.
  • Build clarity in low data maturity environment transforming fragmented data into reliable data into decision ready intelligence.
  • Uncover untapped opportunities or gaps via data.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain core commercial KPIs (revenue, volume, ASP, promo, market share) - understand changes and help to drive storylines.
  • Work across commercial managers to surface insights across their product portfolio and lifecycle on a per market level.
  • Provide product level insights / best sellers, underperforming skus, NPD launch performance ongoing.
  • Identify trends, anomalies and performance drivers across markets and products.
  • Support business case volume modelling, scenario analysis, business case validation. Track performance vs business case assumptions, highlight gaps.
  • Support campaign teams by analysing campaign performance, BBI investment, ROI
  • Build and maintain relevant dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Help translate complex datasets into clear business narratives - leadership reviews, BU performance meetings, etc...
  • Identify data gaps or quality issues
  • Embedded within the EC BU and working cross functional with commercial, finance, campaigns, CRO, Insights.
