We are seeking a Data Analyst to focus on input data accuracy and validation for our ERP and AI-assisted quotation systems. This role is responsible for ensuring product, customer, pricing, and transactional data are clean, structured, and reliable, forming the foundation for accurate quotations, reporting, and system automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse sales, pricing and margin data to support accurate quotations
- Maintain and validate ERP data including item master, customer master, and pricing tables
- Review quotation-to-sales order workflows and reduce manual overrides
- Identify pricing inconsistencies, discount leakage, and margin risks
- Support AI-assisted quotation by preparing clean data and validating outputs
- Build reports and dashboards for pricing, margin, and sales performance
- Work with internal teams to improve data accuracy and system processes
- Serve as the main point of contact with the ERP vendor for data-related and functional issues
- Raise, track, and follow up on ERP enhancements, and fixes
- Explain business workflows and data requirements to the ERP vendor
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
2–5 years of experience in data analysis, ERP support, pricing, or sales operations (wholesale / distribution preferred)
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas; Power Query is an advantage)
Experience working with ERP systems
Good understanding of pricing, discounts, cost, and margin concepts
Detail-oriented, analytical, and commercially minded
