What You’ll Do

Build and maintain automated data pipelines and monitoring frameworks to ensure high data quality, reliability, and lifecycle governance
Design and implement robust data models, transformations, and workflows that enable scalable automation and self-service analytics
Integrate and optimise multiple data sources to support business reporting and advanced analytics use cases
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that clearly communicate insights and support decision-making
Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into intuitive BI solutions
Plan and execute deployment and adoption strategies for BI platforms, tailored to varying levels of data maturity across teams
Continuously improve performance, documentation, and usability of data assets

What You Bring

3–5 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or BI development
Strong experience with ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing using modern SaaS/PaaS platforms (e.g. Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
Proficiency with open-source data transformation tools such as dbt
Strong SQL skills (PostgreSQL, Oracle SQL) and working knowledge of Python for data processing and analysis
Proven experience building dashboards and reports using Power BI and/or Tableau
Solid understanding of data quality, data governance, and best practices across the data lifecycle
Comfortable working in agile, fast-paced environments with evolving requirements
