Data Analyst – Junior/Mid-Level

Job Summary

This role involves managing and optimizing data warehouse and data mart operations to ensure data quality and reliability. You will lead data reconciliation and issue resolution efforts, perform user acceptance testing, and support documentation to drive effective investment data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage data reconciliation and quality checks by implementing, monitoring, and troubleshooting SLAs to ensure data accuracy and timeliness
• Resolve data issues by coordinating with stakeholders to maintain data integrity and operational continuity
• Perform user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate data processes and system enhancements meet business requirements
• Handle SLA management and respond to queries from end users to maintain service excellence and operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain technical and functional documentation to support data processes and system specifications
• Apply investment data domain knowledge to analyze data and support business decision-making
• Utilize Oracle PLSQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data within the data warehouse environment
• Employ problem-solving and logical thinking skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions in data operations
