Job Description
The successful individual will be providing comprehensive technical and administrative support to project-based sales operations. You will be responsible for preparing and revising quotations, tenders, and technical documentation, as well as tabulating heat load calculations, load profiles, and piping schematic data in compliance with project and regulatory requirements. Working closely with sales, operations, project customers, contractors and after-sales teams, you will support customer inquiries, coordinate service and warranty matters, manage spare parts and delivery arrangements, and assist during site meetings. The role also involves supporting corporate events and customer engagement initiatives.
Prepare and revise quotations and tenders: Draft and revise quotations, technical data, tender pricing/costing to align with project specifications and customer requirements.
Coordinate Technical Data: Tabulate and process heat load calculations, load profiles, and piping schematic diagrams, ensuring all technical data meets project and regulatory standards, including Green Mark submissions.
Project Sales and After-Sales Support: Provide ongoing administrative and technical support by responding promptly to customer inquiries, working closely with after-sales teams on service requests, warranty matters, and spare parts coordination, and supporting site meetings by supplying required information and clarifying technical calculations in a timely manner.
After-sales coordination: Liaising daily with the operations department to handle service requests, warranty matters, equipment issues, spare parts, and delivery coordination.
Events support: Support monthly company-organized dinner events by coordinating and sending customer invitations, welcoming and assisting guests as reception or usher, and fostering relationships to support business development.
Corporate festive gifting: Managing the packaging and dispatch of promotional materials and corporate gifts for festive occasions to customers.
Profile:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or relevant Engineering disciplines.
- Preferably 1 year engineering industry experience would be advantageous.
- Fresh graduates with relevant academic background are welcome to apply.
- Familiar with providing end to end pre-sales/after sales support, preparing quotations, or handling technical coordination for sales team would be highly advantageous.
- Familiar with using AutoCAD with the ability to interpret and review technical drawings.
- Keen interest in the aircon industry.
