Job Description

  • Engage business stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and document business requirements.
  • Conduct requirements analysis and structured elicitation (interviews, workshops, process walkthroughs).
  • Collaborate with subject-matter experts to validate business needs and clarify scope.
  • Analyse and document current‑state and target‑state business processes, including impact assessments.
  • Define detailed functional and non‑functional requirements, including data, integration, security, and access needs.
  • Manage requirements‑related risks, issues, and scope changes.
  • Prepare business‑focused release notes and contribute to deployment readiness documentation.
  • Document requirements in accordance with enterprise standards and traceability needs.
  • Understand the existing technology and application landscape to ensure feasible, seamless integration.
  • Partner with operational teams to define or refine operating procedures where required.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects and System Analysts to ensure accurate understanding and translation of requirements.
  • Maintain a requirements traceability matrix across design, build, test, and deployment phases.
  • Validate capabilities included within scope and identify gaps, assumptions, or exclusions.
  • Provide scope boundaries and assumptions for technology governance or investment submissions.
  • Manage change requests related to business analysis deliverables.
  • Review and sign‑off functional specifications.
  • Review test scenarios and test cases; provide support during SIT and UAT cycles.

Requirements:

  • Strong business domain knowledge in financial services, with exposure to Wealth Management and Private Banking.
  • 7+ years relevant experience in financial services and/or consulting, covering business, technology, or transformation roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent professional experience.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem‑solving, and process design capabilities, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable business and technology solutions.
  • Extensive experience working across technology, operations, and business functions within the financial industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a resourceful team player in multi‑disciplinary environments.
  • Familiarity with change management, project delivery frameworks, and structured methodology disciplines.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication, influencing, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to operate effectively in ambiguous or dynamic environments.
  • Experience in solution scoping and evaluation, balancing considerations such as scalability, maintainability, cost, operational impact, integration complexity, and technology risk.
