Associate Manufacturing Engineer (Backend Equipment)

• Carry out assembly and inspection of backend equipment.
• Align equipment/modules and perform vision alignment and calibration.
• Conduct machine checkout procedures.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience in Semiconductor/Automation Industry.
• Proficient in machinery automation, including electrical, servo, sensor, and pneumatic systems.
