🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Fixed Assets, bank reconciliation & intercompany transactions)
• Prepare weekly & monthly reports (e.g. AR ageing, risk reports)
• Support cashflow forecasting & treasury activities
• Manage staff claims & petty cash
• Perform month-end & year-end closing
• Ensure compliance for GST/VAT/WHT submissions
• Liaise with banks, auditors & tax agents
• Support internal controls & process improvements

✅ Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting / Finance / Business
• Preferred 2 years of relevant working experience
• Strong attention to detail & analytical skills
• Good communication & teamwork skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & accounting systems
