Assistant Finance Manager [North]

Our client is a growing Singapore-based construction company with a strong track record in civil engineering, infrastructure, and building projects. This is a newly created opportunity where you’ll work closely with senior leadership and gain exposure to both day-to-day finance operations and strategic decision-making.

Job Scope:

• Lead and review the full set of accounts with a small team (3 staff)
• Oversee month-end closing, financial statements, and management reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Provide financial insights to guide business decisions and improve performance
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and financial regulations
• Drive improvements in financial processes, controls, and reporting systems
• Work closely with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• At least 4 to 5 years of relevant experience (construction industry experience is a plus)
• Strong hands-on experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Ability to interpret financial data and communicate clear business insights
• A proactive and detail-oriented team player who can work independently

Working Location: North

Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm
