Automation Engineer (Boiler)

• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, combustion adjustments, repairs and control system upgrades on vessels.
• Manage projects from engineering design assistance to execution of projects at sea.
• Direct engagement with clients on work project requirements, project schedule and project implementations.
• Spares management pertaining to project requirements.
• Team management of junior engineers and technicians. Manpower arrangements.
• Tabulation of findings and reports for diagnostics and work completion.
• Provide diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair on mechanics and electrical systems, PLC and relay-based controls.

Requirements

• At least a Diploma in Marine / Electronics / Mechanical Engineering background
• Able to travel overseas for projects
• Prior work experience with steam plants or boilers systems
• Well conversant in English
• Team management experience is a plus.
