Position: Project Manager / Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Assemble and lead project teams, assign tasks, and provide direction and motivation.
Identify and mitigate potential project risks that could impact success.
Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial goals are met.
Liaise with clients and subcontractors, holding meetings to ensure all requirements from clients and relevant authorities are met.
Maintain clear and regular communication with all project stakeholders, including subcontractors, vendors, team members, and management.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and specifications.
Address issues and challenges during the project and implement effective solutions.
Handle changes in project scope or objectives and assess their impact on the project.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and relevant regulations.
Allocate time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by the Senior Project Manager or Managing Director.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience as a Site/Project Manager.
Knowledge of construction, engineering, procurement, industry standards, and project-related activities.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple projects.
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a project team effectively.
Committed, positive attitude, and able to work independently.
Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in aluminium and glazing façade projects is an advantage.
